Either dry clean or gentle cold handwash and dry flat. For minor marks spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended. To prevent any fabric shrinkage steam ironing or spraying with water before ironing is recommended.
Laptops should be turned off before being placed in the Macsac to prevent the risk of overheating. If you have a laptop that runs very hot I also recommend that you wait for it to cool down before using your Macsac.
On receipt of your order a Paypal invoice will be sent, and the item will be posted on receipt of payment. I will endeavour to send the item within 5 working days.
I post all of my products via Royal Mail. Delivery in the UK should take 1 working day and items shipped overseas should take 3-5 working days.
Macsacs are made with high quality fabrics and are quality checked before they are shipped out to you. As with all fabric products, acceptable wear and tear is to be expected. If you are not satisfied with the product however please contact me before returning the item.
If an incorrect model or size is given with an order no refund or replacement can be considered except in certain circumstances.
TillyMoss is the online home of me, Sarah Stone. I'm based in the UK and live with my fiance and daughter. My educational background is in Fine Art, Fashion and Technology and I began making my own clothes at the age of 12. Sewing is my main passion and in early 2008 I decided to launch TillyMoss as a part-time enterprise while raising my daughter.
I plan to add more products to the TillyMoss range in the coming year to include tote bags and other homewares. I aim to produce designs that are a fusion of pattern, colour, texture and refined simplicity.

This can be made to fit any Apple notebook (Powerbook, iBook, Macbook, Macbook Pro and Macbook Air). Just let me know what size and model you have. Orders will take 1-5 working days to be completed.
Custom made sleeves can be made for non Apple laptops and DVD players! Email us with the exact dimensions and we'll make a custom sleeve for you. Prices will vary according to size.
All MacSac’s are hand-made in the UK with high quality linen and designer fabrics and are original designs from Tilly Moss. All the designs are offered for a limited time and new designs are added regularly to keep the Macsac range refreshed and up to date. Each sleeve is lined with a protective interfacing and water repellant soft fleece to protect your Mac from spills, scratches and dents. The sleeve is fastened securely with Velcro and the structural seams are professionally overlocked. The sleeve offers protection on its own or it can be carried in a backpack or briefcase without adding bulk.
